Refund Policy
At Piebird Media, our goal is to provide creative, strategic marketing services that deliver value, clarity, and confidence to small business owners. We’re committed to transparent communication and client satisfaction.
Service-Based Refund Policy
Because our services are time-based, creative, and strategic in nature, we do not offer refunds for:

Time already spent on strategy, planning, or implementation

Completed marketing deliverables or design work

Monthly retainers once services have begun for that period
If you are dissatisfied with the direction or outcome of a service, we encourage open and prompt communication so we can adjust and improve within the agreed-upon scope.
Photography & Visual Content Packages
All photography sessions require a signed agreement and 50% deposit to reserve your session. The remaining balance is due on or before the scheduled shoot date. Refunds are not available once work has begun or assets have been delivered. Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 7 days’ notice.
Cancellations

For monthly retainers or fixed-term contracts: Clients may cancel services with 14 days’ written notice. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

For one-time sessions or consultations: If canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.
Custom Solutions
For custom packages or deliverables, a written agreement will outline payment terms, timelines, and cancellation policies specific to that engagement.
